Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

3. Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.
Note: It is the customer's responsibility to track their package. If the package is returned to sender due to an incomplete address or failure to pick it up, shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Good News: We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes, duties, and customs fees are already included in your product price at checkout. You will not face any unexpected charges upon delivery.
