Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Eligibility Window: We want you to love your purchase! If you need to cancel or modify your order, you may request to do so strictly within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Free Early Cancellation: Any cancellations or modifications requested within the 2-hour window will be processed entirely free of charge.
- How to Request: To initiate a cancellation or modification, please email our support team immediately at info@urbaninklab.com. Please explicitly specify your order number and the details of your request. A representative from UrbanInkLab will confirm once your request has been successfully processed.
- Orders in Production: Because our items are custom-made to order, once an order enters the production and processing phase (after the initial 2-hour window), we are unable to cancel or modify it. The resources and materials for your specific item will have already been committed.
- Orders in Transit: Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit, no further modifications or cancellations can be accepted.
