By placing an order through UrbanInkLab, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. This policy applies to all orders shipped to the United States.
A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at info@urbaninklab.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- For defective or damaged products, we will provide a return shipping label. For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
C. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need to exchange an eligible item, please contact us at info@urbaninklab.com.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
